4. What does the coaching process look like?

We begin with a Discovery call to map out your goals and intentions. From there, we create a personalized plan with tailored coaching sessions, exercises, and resources to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
5. What’s included in your coaching package?

Our packages include one-on-one coaching sessions, personalized resources, and email support between sessions, as well as access to our online community(The Red Tree Wellness Collective). We also provide session recordings upon request.
6. Are sessions conducted online?

Yes, all sessions are conducted via Zoom, making it convenient for clients regardless of location.

7. How do I book a session?

You can book directly through our online calendar, which adjusts to your timezone for easy scheduling.
8. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee.
9. Are sessions recorded?

Yes, with your permission, sessions are recorded and shared within 48 hours for your reference.

10. How will I know if coaching is working for me?

You’ll notice improvements in your energy levels, body pain, bloodwork, confidence, stress management, and overall well-being. We also track progress through regular check-ins and goal assessments.
11. What if I feel stuck or unsure during the process?

We’ll work together(Possibly with your doctor too) to identify obstacles, break goals into manageable steps, and develop strategies to keep you motivated and on track.
12. How long does it take to see results?

Results vary based on individual goals and commitment. Many clients experience positive changes within 3-4 weeks, while others may take longer to achieve their desired outcomes.
